Description
The eastern tower, although poorly preserved, once guarded the summit of the hill. The entrance gate was protected by a northern tower constructed using polygonal to trapezoidal masonry, dating back to the late 5th or early 4th century BC. The northern side of the promontory is secured by a rubble terrace wall, while the steep cliffs to the south provide a natural defense, eliminating the need for a wall on that side.
Dense vegetation makes detailed surveying difficult, but several terrace walls can be observed, which likely structured the internal space of the settlement. The presence of building remains indicates that the area was once densely inhabited.
