Description

Livadi is the largest beach of Heraklia and one of the most beautiful. It is located in the north-eastern part of the island at a distance of only 1500 meters from the village, Agios Georgios.

Opposite it is the islet of Venetiko and in the background Schinoussa can be seen, thus creating a beautiful scenery.

As big as a beach, both in length and width, covered with wonderful white sand and a favorite destination for families with children for swimming and playing because of the shallow turquoise waters.

It does not have an organization, so you should make sure that it is stocked with all the necessary supplies before you arrive.

On the beach there are several tamarind trees ready to give you their shade as well as a beach volleyball court for endless play.

It is easily accessible by car and on foot (around 20 minutes' walk) as, as already mentioned, it is within walking distance of the country.
