Description

Sarakiniko is a uniquely beautiful place to enjoy the sea and swimming. The landscape looks like a lunar one as there is no trace of vegetation and the volcanic rocks from which it is formed are white in color.

It got its name from the Saracen pirates who used it as a base. If you look around carefully you might even see some of their ships' ships.

In Sarakiniko you will find a small beach for sand lovers but mainly beautiful rocks to spread out your towels and take a dip in the crystal clear blue waters. The beach is not organized.

For those who like to observe the seabed, we recommend that they bring the appropriate equipment to enjoy the beauty of the seabed in the area. Avoid visiting this beach when there is a strong northerly wind.
